Fuji Score ("we", "our", or "us") is operated by Riku Chiyoya, an individual based in Tokyo, Japan. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use fujiscore.com.

1. Information We Collect

  • Email address — collected when you sign in or subscribe.
  • Travel plan text — the itinerary you paste into the scoring tool.
  • Payment information — processed entirely by Stripe. We do not store card numbers.
  • Usage data — pages visited and actions taken, collected by Vercel Analytics (cookie-free, privacy-friendly).

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and improve the Fuji Score service.
  • To manage your subscription and process payments via Stripe.
  • To send you sign-in links (magic links) via email.
  • Your travel plan text is sent to Anthropic's Claude API for AI analysis. It is not used to train Anthropic's models.

3. Third-Party Services

  • Supabase — database and authentication (servers in the US/EU).
  • Stripe — payment processing.
  • Anthropic — AI scoring of travel plans.
  • Vercel — hosting and analytics.

Each of these services has its own privacy policy. We share only the minimum data necessary for each service to function.

4. Cookies

  • fuji_email_hint — a functional cookie that keeps you signed in after payment. Expires in 30 days.
  • Supabase auth cookies — used to maintain your login session. Strictly necessary.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you request deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. If you are in the EU or UK, you also have rights under GDPR, including the right to data portability and the right to object to processing.

Fuji Score is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
