These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Fuji Score, operated by Riku Chiyoya ("we", "us"), located in Tokyo, Japan. By using Fuji Score, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Fuji Score. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. The Service

Fuji Score provides AI-powered scoring and optimization of Japan travel plans. The service is offered in two tiers:

  • Free — AI score and partial feedback.
  • Paid ($8/month) — Full feedback, Optimized Plan, and access to Voices.

AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only. It does not constitute professional travel advice. We are not responsible for any outcomes resulting from following the AI's suggestions.

3. Subscription and Billing

  • The paid plan is billed monthly at $8 USD via Stripe.
  • Your subscription renews automatically on the same date each month unless cancelled.
  • You can cancel at any time from the account menu. Access continues until the day before your next billing date.

4. Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable. Please see our Refund Policy for details.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of the travel plans you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process it using AI and, if you opt in to sharing, to display it publicly on the Fuji Score platform.

You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, offensive, or infringes on third-party rights.

6. AI Processing

Your travel plan text is processed by Anthropic's Claude API to generate scores and feedback. By using the service, you consent to this processing. Anthropic does not use your data to train its models.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, without refund.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Fuji Score is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the accuracy of AI-generated content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding any claim.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
